Royal Caribbean’s newest ship, Quantum of the Seas, will definitely amaze you with its technology, stateroom designs, and a new twist on traditional dining venues.  The ship debuted in October, 2014, and offers a myriad of activities that will have you quickly forget the old amusement park days.
