The Old Mill has been a top rated restaurant in The Berkshires for over 30 years. The rustic simplistic elegance is exactly what you would expect from Chef-Owner Terry Moore. There is a contemporary New England cuisine here with so many special chef touches.
The dining room has plank floors, huge picture windows looking out to a brisk stream, high ceilings with dark beams, and beautiful arrangements throughout.
The tavern is my favorite. It is a must try! It is small and quite intimate. You always run into someone you know there. In the winter months you will always feel the warmth from the roaring fireplace. The bartenders have been there for years, Adrian and Bill.
I have been eating at this restaurant for over 15 years and it is the first place I must visit when I go to the Berkshires (Jennifer is my dear friend in the photo and this is a must for both of us when I visit). Terry has such a kind, amazing staff and Ginny is his right hand person.

Brunch: Buttermilk Waffle with fresh strawberries and Turner Farms maple syrup or if you feel like it order and Old Mill Burger Grafton smoked cheddar and house fries ( what Boomer does not like a fabulous hamburger!)

Grilled lamb chops with mint chimichurri sauce and potato gratin
NY Angus 14 oz. Strip Steak with tarragon and truffle sea salt fries

This is a place I call Food Heaven. When you eat the best, you hear birds singing outside and with Terry being so charming and lovely, my heart is always so happy here.
