Lavish is what we love, luxury is what we all need and getting a cooking school on top of that is like fresh whip cream on top! This is a castle hotel with spa and dining in the breathtaking Yorkshire Dales. It has been owned by the Cunliffe Lister family since the 1880's.
The cooking school is near the hotel. It has a very relaxed atmosphere yet has the very highest standards. There are so many exciting cooking classes taught by Top Chefs! There are gardens behind the hotel which provides fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables.
