Sweet Mochie, the dog in the photos, dreams everyday about the red velvet bones that Shake Shack has from Woof Delights. I know since he lives with me and barked at me so!!!
This fabulous place opened 2013 and is located in the Royal Opera House. The first location was in Madison Square in Manhattan. There is not anything that my friend Danny Meyer does in the food industry that is not brilliant including my favorite Union Square Cafe located in Union Square in Manhattan. This is on the Food Patrol write ups. It was a hot dog stand cart created by Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. It was an overnight success, lines of people each and every day for the first summers. In 2004 a permanent kiosk opened in the park and Shake Shack was born. Now there are many locations including this one in England. There is a lot of fun information on the site to see what's happening at all of the different locations.
There are truly old fashioned burgers served here, outrageous and yet simple fast food. The menu for Shake Shack is so so so good. All locations are really fun to visit.
Blondee Picks:
Flat top dogs
Shack Burgers
Crinkle fresh fries
Sticky Toffee which is chocolate toffee vanilla custard, chocolate chunks, caramel sauce and malt powder
Homemade lemonade
Root beer floats
They serve wine and beer too!
As I said they have the woof delights.
Mochie's pick:
Red velvet dog biscuit with vanilla custard and peanut butter sauce.
This sounds so good I think every dog owner should take a bite first just to make sure it is perfect for our precious children!
