Bourbon Steak is one of South Florida’s favorite and best steakhouses. Michael Mina, celebrity chef, uses his signature
methods to make everything you eat, unforgettable. Everything about Bourbon Steak is truly fabulous!
You see an unusual glass box as you enter and when you enter into the dining area it is WOW! It is dramatic and gorgeous. The soaring dining room has 2 huge floral pieces. There are a large number of tables done tastefully in muted tones. Huge windows are along one side of the room and also beautiful leather sofas.
This is a restaurant where every single person was smiling. The bar is very elegant and inviting.
Michael uses his signature methods, red meat with butter, lamb done in olive oil and pork in bacon fat. He has the freshest seafood, organic prime meats and chicken.

I must stay at this Fairmont property, have stayed at most of them across the country. Growing up in Northern California, I spent a lot of time at the San Francisco Fairmont. I look forward to visiting Michael’s restaurant in San Francisco too! Love it all…..
