This fabulous chef-owner Daniel has several award winning restaurants. This is one I have been lucky enough to dine at quite a few times. It is set right in the center of Palm Beach, steps away from the ocean and the famous shopping street Worth Ave.The Brazilian Court Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Palm Beach and then you can enjoy this 5 star restaurant each and every day!
I love the décor, a lot of brights and also very deep tones. Yellows, oranges and reds are everywhere; it is truly delicious and gorgeous! The menu here is French American and reeks of power, money and modern sexiness. The wine list is so impressive and you can peek on the website to see their selections.
Daniel was raised in France and has the French tradition from his family’s farm. He arrived in the US in 1982 and has become an American prize.

On the regular menu: Seared Duck breast red wine braised cabbage, honey crisp apple celery salad
Wild King Salmon with mustard jus heirloom cauliflower and fingerling potatoes
Roasted farm Chicken and baby mustard greens
Pan seared local Mahi with Brussels sprouts and mushrooms
Sides you should order: artichokes romana and pommes frites
Dessert: warm upside down guana ja chocolate soufflé
Make sure you walk through the sand by the gorgeous ocean, stroll through the galleries and shop until you drop on Worth Ave....

Cafe Boulud is where I enjoyed New Years Eve this year! Beautiful patio area also where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One draw back they allow smoking on the patio. A man was enjoying his very fragrant cigar so we had to move into the dining room.
Also, just an FYI they have 2 seatings for NYE. Early bird special is $125 per person after 9:00 pm $300.
