Legoland Florida is often seen as a calmer paced amusement park.  It is wonderful for multigenerational family gatherings, as the grounds have plenty of activities for all ages.  There are a few thrill rides, but most of the attractions tend to be geared at the 2-12 age group and adults.   They have wheelchairs and ECV scooters to rent, or you can bring your own.

The “stars” of the park are actually the lego creations themselves.  An impressive display of structures that replicate real life scenes are in Miniland USA.  One could spend hours looking at the masterpieces, and trying to figure out how they did that.  Grandparents, or adults over 60, will be amazed with some of the new models.

Other than being accessible friendly, Legoland also tends to have very knowledgeable, helpful staff who really enjoy their park.  It’s a friendly type of place, almost set in a different time.  Legoland used to be Cypress Gardens.  The gardens are still preserved inside the park.

If you are looking for an amusement park that encourages problem solving, and creative play, Legoland may be just the ticket.
