The place to go in Puerto Vallarta to be seen is De Santos – by far! During high season which is mid November to April they serve food on the weekends until 5:00am. De Santos has an interesting fusion of Italian and Mexican food on the menu; make sure you come hungry. If the disco downstairs has your ears ringing and you need some quiet time head upstairs to the rooftop lounge. Up there you can sprawl out on a comfy couch and gaze at the stars with music playing lower than the dance floor.
