If you book your room on their website, you will get free breakfast and free WiFi – sounds like a deal to me!

So now you’re in Stockholm, what is there to see and do? Well, first of all, I recommend you purchase the Stockholm Card (http://www.visitstockholm.com/en/Stockholmcard/) This offers you free admission to over 75 museums and attractions, free public transport, a map and much more. You can purchase it for as many days as you are visiting. If you are a fan of Picasso, Dali and Matisse, you will want to see the Moderna Museet, which is located on Skeppsholmen Island. If you can’t get ABBA tunes out of your head, go to ABBA the Museum (www.abbathemuseum.com) Get ready to be a part of the band by way of holograms – get your groove on, Boomers!

Stockholm consists of 14 islands connected by 57 bridges, so I suggest you do some sightseeing by boat. Also, do not miss the Royal Palace, which is open to the public and houses five museums.

Back at the hotel, you will find a very friendly and helpful staff who will be able to arrange excursions and answer any questions you have. In addition, insider tips are provided in your room on where to find the best restaurants, art and shopping in the city. Speaking of restaurants, you have one on site. It’s the Restaurant-Lange Raden (Long Row) and serves up contemporary Swedish cuisine with local produce. You will mingle with fellow guests as well as locals, so enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

For a unique experience in Stockholm, book the Hotel Skeppsholmen, it will be a great memory. To note, it is also special needs and pet-friendly.
