The original owner needed a place for her Arabian horses and they are still here today. One of the many activities available to you at the Farm is Horseback Wine Tours, a two hour ride through the vineyards. Lunch can be added to extend the experience.

Also accessible is a horseshoe pit, croquet, wine tasting, hiking and biking. There is a hot tub and sauna and every afternoon at 5:00, you are welcome to a complimentary wine tasting. This is a great way to meet your fellow travelers in case you missed them at breakfast.

The location is superb to visit other famous attractions in Oregon. One hour away is the Columbia River Gorge which encompasses 292,500 acres and has been designated a National Scenic Area. Mt. Hood, Oregon's highest mountain is a mere two hour drive. It is considered the Oregon volcano most likely to erupt. However, based on its history, it is highly unlikely. The B&B is in the McMinnville area which also happens to be home to the Evergreen Aviation Museum where you will find something that all Boomers will remember and that is Howard Hughes' famous Spruce Goose!

In addition to the nine rooms available at the B&B, about a mile down the road is the Summit Suites, a 2,400 square foot vacation home on two levels that can be rented for a family or group. The rooms have either a queen or king bed, down comforters, hair dryers, bathrobes, wireless internet and private baths.

In close proximity to the property are some fine bistros and restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Their Armonea Wines can be purchased by the bottle or case and include, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling and Muller Thurgau.
