It is about 10 miles from the airport and a 45 minute walk to Old Town or take the bus as an option. The rooms come equipped with air conditioning, TV, radio, trouser press, whirlpool tubs and free Wifi. The hotel is built onto the side of a hill, which allows for the beautiful views. You will also have views of the Adriatic from the heated swimming pool on the fifth floor. Free deck chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided for the guests at the pool and on the beach.

On the third floor, you will find the Wellness and Beauty Center with a fitness room. However, if you walk around the area and into Old Town, you might not need the exercise machines, just the thermal spa services.

Located near the hotel is a beach, shopping center, bars and restaurants so be sure to explore the area. You won't have to go far to visit the most unique bar, because it is right in your hotel. Cave Bar is in a natural cave under the hotel serving cocktails and snacks in a futuristic setting. Think Fred Flintstone in Croatia!

There is also a restaurant on the main level that serves international and Mediterranean cuisine. In addition, a free buffet breakfast is served during your stay.

So, you're in Dubrovnik, don't just hang by the sea and pool, there is much to see and do. I recommend picking up a Dubrovnik Card (www.dubrovnikcard.com). For under $20, you can buy a one week card (they also come in one day and 3 day passes) which offers discounts, entries into all museums and public transportation – quite a bargain!

Go into Old Town and visit the many bars for live music and entertainment. Also in the area is the Old Pharmacy Museum at the Franciscan Monastery, dating back to the 1300's – still working chemists there today with people stopping by for their prescriptions.

For a brisk stroll, walk the City Walls, enter through Pile Gate and take as long as you want – from an hour to an afternoon. Speaking of brisk walks, you can climb to the top of Mount Srd – caution, you need to be in great shape to do this, and it’s about a 90 minute climb. But have no fear; there is a cable car that will transport you there in 3 minutes. You will be rewarded with great panoramic views of the city.

Another perk that the hotel provides is a cell phone for use during your stay, so you can be in touch if you need them. This is a destination that provides, sun, sand, history and lots of great food and wine. The Hotel More will provide the rest!
