I learned about this from Carla Hall from The Chew on TV.I was so excited about this story. Hot Bread has a lot of dimensions to it besides being a great bakery. It helps to increase economic security for foreign born low income women and men. They sell multi ethnic breads at the retail store on site. They also have kitchen rental in the 2,300 square foot shared commercial kitchen. There are so many entrepreneurs who need kitchen space so how fabulous is this.
The brilliant founder is Jessamyn W. Rodriguez. Since a young girl she was making bread. Her mother likes to take credit for Hot Bread Kitchen, which is great too! All of the breads are inspired by the women that are working here. Consider it the United Nations of breads! Encouragement is right next to Jessamyn's name and she loves to hire the students who have really excelled.
Ben Hershbeiger is the head baker and Chief Bread Officer. This facility helps women achieve knowledge for success in the culinary world. All of the team love working together. This a very positive place to be and also exciting.
