Meet Malloy - Cruise Patrol

Malloy Brown is a travel concierge and owner of Cruise Planners, located just outside San Antonio in the Texas hill country.  She specializes in planning cruise vacations for individuals and groups and believes that the best trips leave you feeling rejuvenated, inspired and ready to plan the next one. 

As a former executive in the financial services industry, Malloy spent over 25 years in senior positions that required extensive travel, long hours and time away from family and friends.  Vacations were important, but having the time to plan them was difficult.  She noticed that colleagues and friends also had difficulty when planning trips.  So in 2008, she opened Cruise Planners, and focused on providing personalized service and building relationships with her clients.  Since then, she has planned hundreds of cruise vacations for individuals and groups ranging in size from 16 to 200+ people.   “The magic comes in helping others connect with and experience the world in different ways”, says Malloy. 

Cruise Planners is an American Express Travel Representative and an award-winning travel agency.  They are members of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association), NACOA (National Association of Cruise Oriented Agencies), and ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents).
